Any issues identified must be reported to the Client immediately, along with recommended corrective actions. The Contractor shall not proceed with work that may compromise electrical safety until such issues are resolved or cleared by a licensed electrician, if required.
Daily Work Documentation
The Contractor shall take clear photographs of the work area at the end of each workday to document progress. These images must be sent to the Client via Viber or Facebook Messenger on the same day, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Site Cleanliness
The Contractor agrees to maintain a clean and orderly work environment. At the end of each workday, the Contractor shall ensure that the premises are left in a clean, broom-swept condition, with all tools and materials properly stored or disposed of.
Workmanship Guarantee and Rectification
The Contractor warrants that all work performed under this agreement shall be completed in a proper, professional, and workmanlike manner, in accordance with industry standards and the specifications agreed upon.
If any portion of the work is found to be defective, substandard, or not in accordance with the agreed scope, the Contractor shall, at no additional cost to the Client, promptly repair or rectify the issue within five (5) business days of written notice.
The Contractor further guarantees the workmanship and materials used for a period of six (6) months from the date of project completion. During this guarantee period, any defects arising from poor workmanship or non-compliance with specifications shall be corrected by the Contractor at no cost to the Client.
